About the Presenter
Luann serves as the director of education and is an Auditor at WACHA, The Premier Payments Resource. She is responsible for development of the curriculum, the primary trainer, and conducts audits for member financial institutions. Luann is also very active in national councils and committees, such as the Audit Product Review Committee, The Payments Institute Board of Regents, Council for Electronic Bill Payment and the National Rules Enforcement Panel.
