With recent advancements in online banking security fraudsters have been increasingly turning to the telephone banking channel to commit fraud where they expect to encounter less stringent security measures. This webcast will discuss some of the attack methods being used including an overview of 'fraudster call centers' which have proliferated in the underground economy over the past year. Additionally, learn how mobile banking is emerging as a new attack vector.
 


About the Presenter  

Seth Geftic is a Senior Manager in RSA's Identity Protection and Verification group. He is responsible for multiple initiatives and technologies, including RSA Adaptive Authentication, that protect organizations against fraud and other online threats. Prior to joining RSA, Mr. Geftic gained market analysis experience at America Online, Inc. (AOL) and at AC Nielson BASES, a consumer packaged goods consulting firm. Mr. Geftic holds a B.S./B.A. in both Marketing and Finance from Washington University in Saint Louis.
