Kevin Strickland is a Senior Vice President with MZ Bierly Consulting, Inc. a consultancy specializing in improving the top-line revenue of regional and community banks. Kevin has a long history in banking and an extensive consulting background. Today, he works with clients throughout North America to improve the sales and sales management processes that generate sustainable top-line growth. Kevin is currently working with senior managers, business bankers, commercial lenders and branch managers in 7 regional and community banks. Kevin most recently served as the Florida Regional President of Business Banking for RBC Centura Bank. There, he was responsbile for directing the business-to-business strategies for the Florida market. A dynamic, well-regarded consultant, Kevin delivers a practical "I've been there" how-to's and coaching to bankers and sales managers throughout North America. A native of Florida, he is a graduate of Florida State University as well as the Florida School of Banking.
